The Small Business Services division of The Lakewood Community Services Corporation (LCSC) was established to assist local small businesses in the Lakewood, NJ area face the daily challenges of running their business.
Whether you are an existing business seeking to grow, or a business that looks to recover during these uncertain times, or you have an idea for a new business, the LCSC Community Navigator Pilot Program is here to help.
REDUCE BARRIERS FOR SMALL BUSINESSES
The Small Business Administration (SBA) recently launched an innovative program called the Community Navigator Pilot Program (CNPP). The program is designed to “reduce barriers that all small businesses — including those owned by disadvantaged groups such as veterans, women and those from rural communities —often face in accessing critical support.” By partnering with other key local community organizations, the goal is to develop a comprehensive, seamless network of resources for local small businesses.
SOME OF THE SERVICES YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Business Plan development
- COVID-19 Grant application and processing
- Federal, State and local Grant and Loan application and processing
- Informational presentations, Networking events
- Social Services information, counseling, referrals and community education and outreach
- Multi-lingual translation and support
